What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address, child's name, age, interests, favorites, and photos you upload during story creation. We also collect usage data such as pages viewed and features used.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to create personalized storybooks, manage your account, process payments, and improve our service. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Children's Data (COPPA 2025)

We are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) 2025. We require verifiable parental consent before collecting any information about children under 13. Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's data at any time.

Photo Handling

Photos you upload are used exclusively to generate your child's character likeness in the story. Original photos are permanently deleted from our servers after the character reference is generated. Photos are never used for AI model training.

Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@adventures-of.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Third Parties

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Cloudflare), and AI generation. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
